Please note that social events are not included in the registration fee. If you would like to attend the Ice Breaker May 26, 2013 or one of the study tours on May 27 and 30, 2013, please sign up for them when registering for the conference and transfer the full cost.

Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner on Monday, 27. May 2013 begins at 07:30 pm. Weather permitting, the dinner may take place at the Elbe river bank in the garden of Hotel Bellevue Dresden. You will enjoy a menu accompanied by the famous view of the Old Town of Dresden. Your booking for the Conference dinner is possible until May 13, 2013 (payment deadline).

Study Tours
They vary between full-day-tours to the Eastern Ore Mountains or the Saxon State Forest on Thursday, 30. May 2013 and between a half-day-tour in Dresden or to the Ore Mountains on Monday, 27. May 2013.
The registration deadline for study tours ends on 22. April 2013.
