Registration fees 
230 € early bird registration (by March 15, 2013)
300 € for regular registration after (by May 17, 2013)
120 € for students/ public authorities --> limited contingent (by March 15, 2013)

Registration includes:

• Access to oral presentations, poster presentations and exhibition areas.
• Conference materials including programme and abstracts.
• Lunch buffet & refreshments as scheduled in the conference program.

The conference fee has to be paid in advance. Your registration can only be confirmed if Conference Services has recorded receipt of your full payment.

Authors
Presenting authors (oral presentations and posters) are reminded that they must register by January 31, 2013 (payment deadline). Only completely registered presenters can be considered for the program.

Additional events
Please note that social events are not included in the registration fee. If you would like to attend the Ice Breaker on May 26, 2013, the conference dinner on May 27 or one of the study tours on May 27 and 30, 2013, please sign up for them when registering for the conference and transfer the full amount to the stated bank account.

Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time; please advise conference services of a change of name as soon as possible. In case of cancellation, please notify conference services immediately. Provided written notice by April 19, 2013, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice by May 03, 2013, a 50% refund will be given. Provided written notice by May 10, 2013, a 30% refund will be given. For registrations cancelled after May 10, 2013, or for no-shows at the conference, no refunds can be made; conference materials will be sent to the registrant after the conference.

Status confirmation for reduced entrance fee
A limited contingent of reduced entrance frees is offered to students (up to master) and employees of public authorities. The status has to be individually confirmed by conference customs. Enrolment receipt (students) or receipt of employment (public authorities) should be provided by e-mail to info[...]ccrr-2013.de in good time, at latest 14 days before the intended date of payment so the status can be confirmed in time. There is no claim for reduced conference fee.

Check-in and congress- documents
All participants need to register personally at the conference office. Following personal registration, participants will receive a conference case, including all documents and a conference pass.
