How will the climate of the Dresden region change over the long term? What will be the impact of climate change on the region? Who will be affected? Which repercussions should, for example, owners and users of residential buildings expect? What will be the impact on agriculture, water and waste-water management, or indeed the region’s businesses?

These questions were at the heart of REGKLAM’s 3rd Regional Forum held on 28 June 2011 in the conference centre of Dresden’s Dreikönigskirche.

The goal was to present recent research findings. The 160 participants were given the chance to discuss the first draft of an action programme for the model region of Dresden over the course of four forums.
